Blackfriars Primary School is a council run school in the southside of Glasgow. Soundbops was trialled for a day to see how children and teachers would interact with our educational resources.
Primary: St Catherine's Primary School
St Catherine's Primary School is a council run catholic school in the north-east of Glasgow. Soundbops visited to bring the children a "free music lesson" and introduce teachers to the easiest way to bring music into the classroom.
SEN: Ysgol Pen Coch
Ysgol Pen Coch is a state-run school for children with Additional Support Needs in Flint, Wales. The school specialises in therapies and education for children with complex layered needs. Therapies Leader Gavin Shakespeare purchased some Soundbops units to see how the children in his school would adapt to Soundbops and its educational materials.
Nursery: Grand-Y-Care
Grand-Y-Care Academy is an Early Years learning and childcare provider in Lanark, South Lanarkshire. Soundbops was trialed on two separate days to see how children in an Early Years learning environment would react to the instrument and its supplementary teaching materials.
Primary School: Southdale Primary
Southdale Primary School is a council run school in Bathgate, part of the West Lothian District. Soundbops was trialed for a day to see how children would interact with our instrument in comparison to traditional early years instruments; and to see if our materials could make teachers more comfortable teaching music.
Primary: Leith Walk Primary School
Leith Walk Primary School is a council run school in Edinburgh’s city centre, that does not currently have instruments for use in their early years classrooms. Soundbops was trialed for a day to see how school-children interacted with the product and its accompanying educational materials, such as song sheets and chord guides.
